At REED, a World Bank-funded project, I developed the comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Strategy and designed the Impact Evaluation Methodology to measure project outcomes effectively. Additionally, I led the design of a tailored Management Information System (MIS) to streamline data collection, reporting, and decision-making, enhancing the project’s ability to track progress and demonstrate impact.
