Led the design and successful implementation of a web-based Management Information System (MIS) for RERP, managing a development team to bring the system to life. The MIS was fully owned by the Government of Nepal and later adopted by the Government of Maldives—showcasing its scalability, usability, and cross-country impact.
As the Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation (PM&E) Coordinator at RERP, I successfully led and executed key M&E functions, including the development of the project’s web-based MIS, coordination of baseline and outcome surveys, indicator tracking, progress reporting, and capacity-building of implementing partners. I ensured timely and evidence-based reporting to stakeholders, supported adaptive management, and contributed to the institutionalization of M&E practices within the Government of Nepal.
