It was an immense pleasure and a truly rewarding experience to conduct a comprehensive Motivational and Leadership Training program at the esteemed Canon Secondary School in Butwal. The energy and engagement from the participants made this session particularly memorable.
I had the distinct honor of training a distinguished group of professionals, including Principals, Vice Principals, Coordinators, Doctors, and Managers. It’s always inspiring to work with individuals who are already leaders in their fields, dedicated to continuous learning and personal growth. Our discussions focused on honing critical soft skills essential for effective leadership, fostering motivation, and building cohesive, high-performing teams.
During the session, we explored various facets of leadership, delved into strategies for enhancing communication, and shared insights on how to inspire and drive positive change within their respective organizations. Seeing the active participation and the thoughtful questions from such a diverse and experienced audience was truly energizing.
